Hi everyone! Today I want to discuss which picks I got correct and which ones I got wrong! I predicted that the Ravens would beat the Bears 34-16, but the final score was 16-13 Ravens over the Bears. The Ravens seem to almost lost that game because they were not playing that good and they had their starting quarterback Lamar Jackson not playing in that game. It was enough for them to win the game. I predicted that the Browns would beat the Lions 31-10, but the final score was 13-10 Browns over the Lions in a very close game, but a low scoring game as well. The Lions were putting up a good fight against the Browns, but it was not enough to beat them. I predicted that the 49ers would beat the Jags 31-17, but the final score was 30-10 49ers over the Jags. My prediction there was so close! I predicted that the Bengals would beat the Raiders 27-24, but the final score was 32-13 Bengals over the Raiders. I predicted that the Chiefs would beat the Cowboys 34-30, but the final score was 19-9 Chiefs over the Cowboys. I predicted that the Cardinals would beat the Seahawks 27-24, but the final score was 23-13 Cardinals over the Seahawks. The Cardinals offense and defense played much better than last week vs the Panthers. Colt McCoy the Cardinals quarterback threw 2 touchdown passes both to the tight end Zach Ertz and he had no interceptions even though he almost did. Had it been intercepted; it would have been a different game. The Cardinals were kind of beating themselves by missing a couple of kicks that Matt Prater was trying to make. He had a rough game. The Seahawks are not as good of a team we use to see for many years. Maybe this season may not be the year for the Seahawks to go to the playoffs? They might still have time to turn things around, but the time is running out for them. They are 3-7 on the season. I predicted that the Chargers would beat the Steelers 31-26, but the final score was 41-37 Chargers over the Steelers in a big shootout. The Steelers in the 4th quarter scored about 27 points after they were down 34-20, 27-10. It was just not enough for the Steelers to beat the Chargers, but that was a hell of the game there! I predicted that the Buccaneers would beat the Giants 27-13, but the final score was 30-10 Bucs over the Giants.
I predicted that the Packers would beat the Vikings 24-21, but the final score was 34-31 Vikings over the Packers. The Packers in the 4th quarter started to come back and tie the game at 31, but they scored too early in order for the Vikings to have time to win the game with the game-winning field goal. I predicted that the Bills would beat the Colts 27-21, but the final score was 41-15 Colts over the Bills in a blowout. I predicted that the Panthers would beat the Washington Football Team 33-23, but the final score was 27-21 Washington Football Team over the Panthers in a close game. I predicted that the Titans would beat the Texans 37-13, but the final score was 22-13 Texans over the Titans in an upset. I predicted that the Saints would beat the Eagles 36-29, but the final score was 40-29 Eagles over the Saints in a pretty close game.
So, I have gotten 8 out of 13 picks correct! Now, let’s get started on the week 12 picks, shall we?! The first game I will predict is the Steelers @Bengals game, the divisional rivalries. The Bengals are coming off with the win over the Raiders, but the Steelers are coming off with the loss to the Chargers. I think this is going to be a pretty good game. The Steelers were embarrassed when they lost to the Bengals last time. However, I do think the Steelers will split a series with the Bengals with the win over them 29-19 in a close game. The next game I will predict is the Eagles @Giants game, the divisional rivalries. The Eagles are coming off with the win last week over the Saints and the Giants are coming off with the loss to the Bucs. I think the Eagles will beat the Giants 33-20. The Giants are just not good of a team and I don’t think they can put up 30 points in a game. The next game I will predict is the Titans @Patriots game. I think this is going to be a really good game. I actually think the Patriots can beat the Titans 36-29 because the Patriots are playing so much better and they seem to be a dangerous team to watch. The next game I will predict is the Bucs @Colts game. Both of these teams are coming off with their wins last week. I think this should be a pretty good game. I think the Bucs barely squeak out a win over the Colts 35-27. The next game I will predict is the Chargers @Broncos game, the divisional rivalries. I think this should be a pretty good game. I think the Chargers will beat the Broncos in a close game 24-20. The next game I will predict is the Vikings @49ers game. Both of these teams are coming off with their wins last week. I think this is going to be a pretty good game. I actually think the Vikings can beat the 49ers 36-33 because they seem to be playing better and trying to make a push for their playoff spot. The next game I will predict is the Rams @Packers game. This is the game of the week folks! I think that this should be a pretty close game. Both of these teams are coming off with their losses. The Rams have lost 2 straight games and that should be worrisome for them. I think the Packers will bounce back and beat the Rams to make it 3 straight losses for them 30-17. The next game I will predict is the Browns @Ravens game, the divisional rivalries on Sunday Night Football. Both of these teams are coming off with their wins last week. The Ravens will have their starting quarterback Lamar Jackson back for tomorrow’s game. I think this should be a really good game. I think the Ravens will barely be able to beat the Browns in a close game 31-28. The last game I will predict is the Seahawks @Washington Football Team on Monday Night Football. The Seahawks are coming off with the loss last week, but the Football Team are coming off with their win over the Panthers. I actually think the Washington Football Team can beat the Seahawks 29-10.
