On Friday, July 22, the digital comics platform, Zestworld, will be making their Comic Con debut!

From 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., the Zestworld team along with some exciting special guests, will be discussing The Importance of Comic Creators Owning their Own IP. This has been a hotly discussed topic in the comics world over the past few years, and this panel will detail why it’s so important and the steps that can be taken to ensure creators can monetize their projects.

The panel will feature Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti (Harley Quinn, Painkiller Jane), and Phil Jimenez (OTHERWORLDS, Wonder Woman: Historia), along with Zestworld CEO and co-founder Chris Giliberti, screenwriter Aaron Covington (Creed, Black Panther: Long Live the King), and writer/filmmaker Moisés Zamora (Selena: The Series) to discuss what today’s creators need to know before adapting comics for film, television, or any other medium.
